Tina Niro-Pandolfo, a Christian business professional, stands as the visionary behind By the Well Consulting. With over 21 years of industry experience, Tina's journey began early, working as a bookkeeper in a family business and evolving her expertise ever since.
For the past seven years, she ascended the corporate ladder in the commercial landscape and snow removal industry. In 2022, driven by a passion for business and a desire to create positive change, Tina founded By the Well Consulting, fueled by a divine inspiration that led her to this purposeful venture.
Supported by her husband, James, Tina envisions By the Well Consulting as more than a business—it's a platform dedicated to strengthening the foundation of small businesses, fostering growth, and empowering entrepreneurs.
